Investing In our Schools Program Grant

Golden Hill Steiner School wishes to extend its gratitude to the Australian Government for our $47,000+ grant. This generous grant has enabled our school to upgrade plumbing and electrical systems, build a new car park, refurbish our school oval and surrounds, install airconditioning, a new lawn mower AND re-sanding and sealing of classroom floors.

All of the items would not have been possible in the one school year had it not been for this grant so we are very thankful.

Becoming a Steiner Teacher

Inspirational holiday intensives in Perth

Rudolf Steiner College is offering a holiday intensive teacher training programme starting in April 2007. This training is open to teachers, teacher trainees, and all those involved or interested in Waldorf/Steiner education. The training includes a Foundation Studies in Anthroposophy. Independent modules can be taken as professional development by practising teachers.

Module One: Foundation Studies April 16th – 21st 2007

The threefold human being is the key to understanding the structure of the earth, the animal and plant worlds and the principles of Waldorf Education. These themes will be explored through lectures, painting and sculpture. Course work will be deepened through exercises in meditation and the study of a basic Steiner text. Six days of inspiration with Horst Kornberger, Jennifer Kornberger and Lesley Warner.
