Car park changes
To make school drop offs and pick ups safer for our students and more stress-free for parents, we are implementing a kiss n' go drop off/pick up area. Please refer to flyer below for details.
School processes and bus messages
As our school grows, our admin office is becoming a much busier place. To ensure that we can get to everything and everyone that we need to, we will be implementing a few new systems and processes. Please be assured that this is for the sake of efficiency rather than a desire for additional bureacracy. One example of this is is the need for visitors to sign in. While to some this may seem an officious process, it is an Occupational Heath and Safety requirement that we know who is on site, as well as vital information in the case of an emergency evacuation.
Last year, admin staff spent much time throughout each day relaying bus messages back and forth from parents to students. To make this process more efficient for both admin staff and families, we have implemented a dedicated 'bus line' where parent can leave after-school pick up messages for their child. Simply press '1' when calling the school number to leave a message.
