I/We understand that, in accordance with the Enrolment Policy, one full term’s notice is required for non-enrolment of a student, being Day 1 of the term preceding the term you intend to leave. E.g. If the student will not be attending from Term 3 onwards, the School needs to be informed of this by no later than Day 1 of Term 2. Failure to notify in this time will result in full term fees being charged (using the example above, this would mean fees for Term 3 would be payable). Where a student leaves mid-way through term, fees for the remainder of that term are payable as well as the following term. *

Any outstanding school fees, including fees incurred due to late notice of withdrawal, are due to be paid in full prior to departure from the School or a payment plan to be negotiated with the School Principal. If at any stage the payment plan is defaulted on, the debt will be referred without notice to our debt collection service. Fees that remain outstanding on your child’s last day of attendance are considered overdue. If a payment plan has not been negotiated and agreed upon with the School Principal by this last day of attendance, the fees will be referred without notice directly to debt collection. All debts referred to the Debt Collection Agency will be increased by Debt Collection fees of 17.6%. This is payable entirely by the debtor. All outstanding debts must be paid in full prior to application for re-enrolment. *
